Getting Fit For The Wedding

Whether you're a size 2 or a size 20, most brides admit that they would like to drop a little weight or tone up a bit before taking their trip down the aisle. This is also one of the busiest times in a bride's life and finding time for a workout can be difficult.

Monica Neave of Bella Online suggests that brides do more of a "bootcamp" workout ~ One with a concentration on quick fat burn rather than a lengthy workout that adds stress. She offers the following tips:

Focus on Full Body Circuits That Burn Maximum Fat: Rather than wasting time on workouts that add mass, opt for full body circuits that boost metabolism and burn more calories.

Focus on Fatloss Exercises vs. Body Part Training: Working on the whole body to trim and tone is the quickest way to a fabulous wedding dress body.

Switch From Lame Cardio to Fat Burning Cardio Intervals: It's quality cardio and not quantity of cardio that burns fat.
